Bio
Elena Granados is an Environmental Scientist (University of Zaragoza, 2015) and has been working since 2020 as a technician at the environmental consultancy EMGRISA. She carries out her work at Sardas landfill site (Sabiñánigo, Huesca), which is impacted by organochlorine compounds.
Current research interests
- She is currently enrolled in the Industrial PhD program in Environmental Science and Technology at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. Her research focuses on bioremediation, specifically on testing and implementing various bioremediation pilot projects in the Sardas alluvial aquifer.
