{"id":159,"date":"2023-05-17T11:35:40","date_gmt":"2023-05-17T09:35:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bioremuab.com\/current-research\/biodegradacio-anaerobia-de-compostos-clorats-i-btex\/"},"modified":"2024-05-20T10:47:26","modified_gmt":"2024-05-20T08:47:26","slug":"biodegradacio-anaerobia-de-compostos-clorats-i-btex","status":"publish","type":"mb_currentresearch","link":"https:\/\/bioremuab.com\/ca\/recerca\/biodegradacio-anaerobia-de-compostos-clorats-i-btex\/","title":{"rendered":"Biodegradaci\u00f3 anaer\u00f2bia de compostos clorats i BTEX"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div style=\"height:2rem\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignfull mg-pattern-personal-info-staff is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns wrap is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-0f08d55a wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aquesta l\u00ednia de recerca es centra en l&#8217;estudi de bacteris obtinguts d\u2019aq\u00fc\u00edfers i sediments contaminats amb l&#8217;objectiu de comprendre i optimitzar els tractaments de bioremediaci\u00f3 <em>in situ<\/em> de compostos organoclorats (com cloroform, dicloromet\u00e0, lind\u00e0, clorobenzens, tricloroetil\u00e8 o clorur de vinil) i productes derivats del petroli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fem servir t\u00e8cniques de gen\u00f2mica i prote\u00f2mica per estudiar el metabolisme d&#8217;aquests bacteris i identificar gens rellevants que poden ser \u00fatils per detectar la seva activitat degradadora en empla\u00e7aments contaminats, aix\u00ed com estudis per con\u00e8ixer la seva fisiologia i les vies de transformaci\u00f3 dels contaminants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Actualment el grup de recerca disposa de quatre bacteris model obtinguts a partir de moestres d&#8217;empla\u00e7aments contaminats:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Dehalogenimonas<\/em> sp. BRE15M<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Dehalobacter<\/em> sp. 8M<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Dehalobacterium<\/em> sp. EZ94<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Aromatoleum<\/em> sp.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Pseudomonas veronii <\/em>sp. SBNG<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recentment, en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb el grup <a href=\"https:\/\/www.genocov.com\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.genocov.com\/\">GENOCOV<\/a>, hem iniciat una l\u00ednia de recerca en bioelectroqu\u00edmica amb la finalitat de bioestimular el creixement de bacteris dehalorespiradors mitjan\u00e7ant la generaci\u00f3 abi\u00f2tica d&#8217;hidrogen al c\u00e0tode a partir de l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 de voltatge el\u00e8ctric.
